Barbour Publishing is launching a new fiction series, True Colors, which will explore "true, riveting stories of American criminal activity layered in historical romantic suspense." The first book in this six-book series is scheduled to be released in March 2019.
The White City, by debut author
Grace Hitchcock, finds its main character searching for the cause of strange disappearances at the 1893 Chicago World Fair, which is based on the crimes of infamous serial killer H. H. Holmes.
